This polyester laser-perforated cap combines a custom silicone patch with adult unisex one-size buckle fit. Approve the selected colour, actual panel construction and decorated sample, then measure usable adjustment for any required 56–58 cm fit before accepting the completed cap.

Choose the cap colour with the silicone artwork

Select Red, Black, Pink, Sky Blue, Gray, Dark Grey, Green, Navy Blue or White with the intended patch colours. Confirm the selected five- or six-panel construction, polyester allocation and actual canvas, corduroy, denim, jersey or Oxford fabric.

Specify silicone-patch thickness, edge and fixing

Confirm actual silicone composition, patch dimensions, thickness, backing and edge construction before agreeing its position. Inspect front support, crown depth, brim dimensions, the internal band, laser openings and any actual fused or joined sections.

• Approve the selected fabric shade with the actual silicone-patch colours.
• Record panel construction, polyester allocation and any washed finish.
• Specify patch material, dimensions, thickness, backing and fixing method.
• Agree artwork placement and clearance from laser openings and seams.
• Confirm buckle composition, plating and actual surface finish.
• Measure one-size adult adjustment and verify required 56–58 cm fit.

Select the decoration process on the actual substrate

Assess machine or sequin embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, raised-rubber, flock, silk-screen or heat-transfer decoration through a sample. Approve any animal, bow, camouflage, cartoon or character motif with feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement.

Review complete care and required opening performance

Operate the single-breasted buckle during the worn trial and inspect exterior and inner finishes together. Obtain all-component decoration care and required airflow, water or sun-protection results before relying on measured capability.
