Develop a custom 3D embroidered logo on this structured polyester/cotton baseball cap for adult running or sports selection. Its fitted One Size format needs a measured sample, with front support and panel layout agreed before the raised artwork is approved.
Set the raised-logo area around the front structure
Specify five, six, seven or multiple panels and the actual support beneath the embroidery. Trial the selected raised stitches on the finished front before fixing artwork dimensions or approving any alternative location.
- Confirm the polyester/cotton proportions for the selected cap.
- Identify any twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections.
- Approve dobby detail and washed or distressed finishing where chosen.
- Inspect actual fused sections and button, lace or eyelet fixing.
- Check feasible front, side, rear or visor artwork on the sample.
Use Maroon or Champagne as a thread comparison
Review Maroon, Champagne or Camel with the intended logo colours. Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Gray, Yellow, Brown, Light Brown, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green, Fluorescent Green, Beige, Peacock Blue and Sky Blue also need approval on the actual finished fabric.
Measure the fitted adult sample for its intended wearer
Set the required 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference and trial One Size on the adult wearer. Measure crown depth, brim dimensions and the completed internal band rather than assuming a universal fit.
Approve the complete decoration and running brief
Machine embroidery or selected sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen and heat-transfer applications require substrate approval. Obtain care for the decorated cap and evidence for any required running, sun or weather conditions before relying on those properties.
