Plan this structured polyester/cotton baseball cap around a running or sports logo. The adult unisex fitted One Size selection needs an actual fit trial, while front support and the selected panel layout should be settled before embroidery approval.
Set the front support before the stitch trial
Define the required structure, crown depth and brim dimensions for the finished cap. Choose five, six, seven or multiple panels and check how the intended embroidered design sits across the selected front.
Compare blues with the running-logo palette
Navy Blue, Peacock Blue and Sky Blue should be approved against the actual thread colours. For other palettes, compare Black, Dark Grey, Gray, White, Brown, Light Brown, Camel, Beige, Yellow, Light Green, Army Green, Fluorescent Green, Watermelon Red, Purple or Pink on the chosen fabric.
- Confirm the polyester/cotton ratio before selecting the fabric finish.
- Identify actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections.
- Approve any dobby texture and washed or distressed treatment.
- Inspect fused or joined sections and the internal band.

Trial the adult fitted circumference
Measure the sample for the intended wearer rather than treating One Size as a measured adjustment span. Use the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm target and inspect the completed shape during the wear trial.
Choose the logo process and care as one package
Sample machine or 3D embroidery on the actual substrate. Any chosen sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork also needs a feasible front, side, rear or brim position. Obtain care for the complete decorated cap and evidence for any required running or sun-protection conditions.
