Use this polyester/cotton structured baseball cap to develop a custom embroidered logo for running or sports selection. Its fitted One Size format needs a measured adult trial after the chosen fabric and finish are settled.
Resolve the running-cap build before decorating
Specify five, six, seven or multiple panels and the intended front structure. Confirm the polyester/cotton ratio and identify actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections, including any selected dobby detail.
- Measure the chosen crown depth and brim dimensions.
- Inspect the internal band and actual fused or joined sections.
- Approve any washed treatment before assessing the finished fit.
- Check distressed detailing against the planned logo position.
- Specify button, lace and eyelet materials and fixing where selected.
- Request care covering the complete cap and decoration.
Use the full cap to approve the thread palette
White, Black, Gray and Dark Grey can be compared with Brown, Light Brown, Camel and Beige on the intended fabric texture. Navy Blue, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue, Purple, Pink, Watermelon Red, Yellow, Light Green, Fluorescent Green and Army Green provide further actual colour choices for artwork approval.
Trial machine or 3D embroidery on the selected substrate. Choose any sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer application separately, then approve the feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim location.
Measure the fitted cap against the adult brief
Set the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference and assess the actual One Size sample. Obtain evidence for any required running, sports or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties for the intended activity.
