This adult unisex solid-colour blank-style six-panel baseball cap uses 100% polyester with Felt fabric direction and an adjustable Magic Sticker back closure. Choose from twenty-one colours in 54–60CM (21.26–23.62in) and approve the selected finish and artwork scope.
Choose the Solid Colour and Blank Appearance
Select the full colour name and inspect the supplied blank appearance on the actual cap. Approve that selected shade before agreeing a printed or embroidered custom-logo result.

Inspect the Felt and Washed/Distressed Finish
Confirm the actual Felt application and washed/distressed appearance in the 100% polyester construction. Review the six-panel crown structure and exact brim profile, obtaining dimensions on the complete selected-colour sample.
Check how fused construction is used in that cap and inspect the internal band and any lining. Approve the complete construction before selecting artwork for the finished fabric.
Measure the Fastening's Usable Range
Test the Magic Sticker fastening on the intended adult wearer with the 54–60CM (21.26–23.62in) cap in place. Establish its usable adjustment range, including the required 56–58CM (22.05–22.83in) fit, before accepting the chosen setting.
Review the Full Cap at That Setting
Assess the crown and brim together at the confirmed fastening position. Approve how the selected colour and finish look with the intended casual outdoor outfit.
Agree a Compatible Artwork Method and Location
For requested printing or embroidery, approve a compatible technique, artwork dimensions and inclusion on the actual finished fabric. Confirm the chosen location on the front panel, brim/visor, left or right panel or back curved part.
Review the completed selected-colour cap with the exact artwork and wearer fit approved. Obtain care and shape-maintenance instructions for the polyester/Felt application, washed/distressed finish, fastening, fused areas and chosen artwork.
