Select 56~58CM when the supplied rope is part of your design requirement. Review its attachment, adjustment and operation on the sample, and request applicable retention evidence if wind conditions determine use.

Measure the wide brim and intended adult fit
Request the finished internal circumference, any fit adjustment and actual brim dimensions for the complete chosen configuration. Match those measurements to the intended adult rather than treating the same wide-brim silhouette as one fit across all four sizes.
Approve the starting hat and final artwork
For a royal blue printed or embroidered project, confirm what decoration is already present on the starting hat. Agree the final artwork dimensions, technique, position and inclusion, then inspect a decorated sample in the selected size and rope configuration.
For a 60-62cm sample, keep the brim, finished fit and artwork review linked to its actual contents without a rope. A 56~58CM sample should additionally show the supplied rope and its operation.
