A grass straw hat provides the starting point for this summer beach, safari or lifeguard-style design. Choose among fifteen coded designs and two actual size choices, then approve the selected weave, silhouette and custom logo patch on a physical sample.
Match the Design Image to the Woven Sample
Use complete images and the physical sample to identify the required design without guessing its colour or pattern. Confirm the Hollow Grass material, exact fibre identity and weave for that selection.
Review the crown silhouette and brim shape with their actual measurements. Approve that geometry for the intended summer collection, including the beach, safari or lifeguard-style appearance you require.
Select Adult 58cm or Child 53cm
Each coded design has an Adult 58cm and a Child 53cm size choice. Measure the intended wearer's head and check the actual fit of the selected size before accepting that version.
Inspect the chosen size with its agreed crown and brim form rather than approving size independently of the design. Confirm how any ribbon or rope accessory is configured and whether it is included on that hat.
Build the Custom Logo Patch Brief
Agree the patch artwork and its relationship to the selected woven surface. Keep the following decisions with the chosen design and size:
- Required physical design and its complete image reference.
- Adult 58cm or Child 53cm fit checked on the wearer.
- Approved logo patch dimensions and artwork.
- Patch location on the actual crown.
- Attachment method suited to the selected construction.
- Confirmed patch and accessory inclusion on the finished hat.
Request Care and Any Sun-Protection Evidence
Obtain care, storage and shape-retention instructions for the selected grass weave. Confirm how the approved crown and brim should be handled before planning use or storage of the finished design.
If measured UV protection is a requirement, request applicable evidence for the chosen construction. Treat the lifeguard direction as styling and approve the physical design without assuming a certified protective function.
