Define what plain includes
Agree whether the cap has unprinted panels only or also retains selected contrast areas and appliques. Mark any eyelet and applique positions, materials, dimensions and attachment so the undecorated and customized versions each have a clear approved appearance.
Inspect the six-panel snapback
Measure adult circumference and usable snap settings against the 56–58cm (22.05–22.83in) reference, using an agreed method and tolerance. Check snap material, engagement and retention with crown depth and bill shape, then inspect front support, lining and band.
Pair shade with component fabrics
