This polyester adjustable sun visor supports adult unisex golf, beach or outdoor styling with a custom embroidered logo or transfer decoration. Choose Black, White, Maroon, Green or Pink and approve the actual band, brim and measured 56–58 cm fit on a sample.

Inspect the visor band and brim coverage

Confirm actual polyester construction, band height and the open-top arrangement before agreeing the artwork. Measure brim width and projection, inspect its shape and check the internal band against the intended adult wearer.

• Approve the selected visor colour with the intended logo shades.
• Record actual band height, brim width and forward projection.
• Inspect polyester construction and the finished inner band surface.
• Confirm rear fastening type, material and any hardware finish.
• Trial 56-58CM(22.05-22.83in) sizing and record usable adjustment.
• Agree logo process, position, dimensions and the finished backing.

Develop embroidery or transfer artwork on the actual visor

Confirm the feasible embroidered-logo process, thread colours and backing before approving the decoration. For sublimation-transfer or heat-transfer artwork, check the actual substrate and decorated sample result rather than assuming the same preparation as embroidery.

Approve any character motif as specific artwork with its final scale and placement. Inspect the decorated exterior and complete inner finish during a worn trial so logo approval includes the finished visor construction.

Confirm fastening, care and required protection evidence

Specify any hardware composition, plating and surface finish directly and check fastening operation at the intended setting. Obtain fabric, fastening and decoration care, plus relevant sun-protection, water or activity tests before relying on a defined performance level.
