Confirm availability for 48–50cm, 50–52cm, 52–54cm, 54–56cm, 56–58cm and 58–60cm; trial the chosen measurement on the intended adult wearer and record crown depth and brim dimensions. Check the decorated crown from front and side views during the same adult fitting session.
Coordinate embroidery with the rubber detail

Assess the finished perforated build
Obtain the full shell, backing and interior composition instead of extending the polyester designation to every component. Confirm care for the combined patch and embroidery, and request applicable breathability or waterproof tests when those properties are required for the decorated perforated cap.
