Choose the artwork scale and color direction for this adult unisex polyester-twill laser-perforated baseball cap. Approve the One Size configuration as a complete sample, including panel shape, actual back construction and measured wearer fit.
Check a brighter color direction
Review Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue or Pink against the chosen graphic on a physical cap. Confirm both the fabric shade and the decoration palette before judging the finished collection appearance.
Set the crown and hole map
Select the actual five-, six- or seven-panel form and locate its joins and fused areas. Agree hole geometry, spacing, positions and cut-edge finish, leaving clearance around the intended artwork and trim.
- Verify polyester content across the chosen fabric and other components.
- Inspect twill weave, thickness and finish with the crown support.
- Review lining and band contact around the perforated areas.
- Measure crown depth alongside bill projection, width and curvature.
- Approve material and attachment for any button, lace or eyelet trim.
Proof the selected logo method
For machine or 3D embroidery, set thread colors, density, backing and any raised detail. Screen or heat-transfer printing needs substrate compatibility and application proof, with the front, side, rear or bill location and included methods agreed.
Map One Size to actual adult fit
Inspect the cap's back and any fastening for contact and retention. Assign the relevant 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60cm reference to the finished measurement with tolerance.
Approve finish and activity evidence
Review requested washing or distressing around the cut edges before trialing the chosen golf, running, cycling or travel use. Obtain required water-resistance methods, limits and coverage plus drying, airflow or sunlight evidence, and set care for the approved finish and artwork.
