This unisex six-panel cap is selected as Black with the size label common. A cotton and mesh construction direction supports the custom-logo brief, but the finished sample should define the role of each component before artwork or fit is approved.
Build the Black mesh-trucker brief from its actual components
Confirm where the stated 100% cotton is used and specify the separate mesh composition, backing and position. Inspect crown support, brim dimensions, panel seams and the actual rear fastening. Mesh construction alone does not establish an airflow rate or protection result for fishing or outdoor use.
Turn the common label into a measured wearer trial
Request finished measurements against the 58–60 cm (22.83–23.62 in) reference and agree the intended wearer directly. Check inner fit, crown depth and the actual fastening on a worn sample. Establish appropriate wearer requirements before adding accessories or relying on a size label.
- Retain Black and common as the selected combination.
- Record cotton allocation and the separate mesh fibres.
- Measure circumference, crown depth and brim dimensions.
- Choose one logo process with agreed size and placement.
- Approve any pearl attachment and whether it is supplied.
Inspect raised artwork without assuming every finish is included
Trial the proposed 3D embroidery on the selected panel with agreed thread colours, backing and clearance from seams. If digital printing is preferred, approve its compatibility on that surface as a separate choice. Inspect the decorated front and reverse finish, then obtain care instructions for the complete construction. Agree any required needle-screening scope and relevant performance evidence before accepting inspection or outdoor-use claims.
