Choose a blank six-panel polyester/cotton trucker cap as the starting point for an adult custom-size brief. Approve the actual rear construction, brim shape and selected fabric before deciding whether the cap stays plain or receives artwork.
Approve the plain six-panel shape first
Confirm the actual rear fastening or fitted construction rather than assuming an adjustment system. Check brim shape, crown depth and the internal band on the complete sample.
Separate the blend recipe from terry placement
Specify the polyester/cotton proportions and identify the actual terry component. Assess the chosen fabric on the blank cap before using that surface for a decoration trial.
Choose colour for the blank or decorated finish
Black, White, Beige and Camel can be reviewed as plain choices. Compare Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray or Pink against the planned artwork and complete fabric finish.
- Set the target adult circumference for Custom Size.
- Trial the required 48–50, 50–52 or 52–54 cm fit where intended.
- Measure any required 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm sample directly.
- Specify any eyelets, contrast-colour sections or appliques.
- Approve attachment details and full blank-cap care.
Sample one artwork process on the chosen surface
Selected sublimation, digital, embossed, raised rubber, flock, puff or discharge printing needs substrate approval. Machine, hand, cloth, sequin, 3D, bead or flocking embroidery and silk-screen or heat-transfer applications also require feasible front, side, rear or visor placement.
Define the conditions for sports or travel use
Obtain care covering any selected decoration as well as the cap. Require actual water-resistance or airflow evidence before relying on those properties for sports, travel or outdoor conditions.
