This adjustable cotton camo baseball dad cap uses a five-panel crown with holes and a single-breasted buckle for adult unisex wear. Choose Brown, Camel or Army Green while developing the front machine embroidery around the actual camouflage and opening arrangement.
Choose the camo sample behind the embroidered logo
Approve the camouflage palette and coverage on the selected colour rather than assuming how the pattern will appear. Compare proposed thread colours against that sample and agree any animal or cartoon motif as specific artwork.
Inspect the cotton crown and hole positions
Check front support, crown depth and five-panel seam locations before agreeing the embroidery footprint. Inspect the brim shape, measure its dimensions and review the internal band and button arrangement on the complete cap.
- Select Brown, Camel or Army Green with the actual camouflage layout.
- Map holes and seams against the intended front logo position.
- Approve machine embroidery scale, thread colours and stitch detail.
- Inspect the backing and the finished inner front surface.
- Specify buckle composition, plating and actual surface finish.
- Measure adult adjustment and request complete decorated-cap care.
Use the buckle trial to establish adult fit
Record the usable measured adjustment rather than assuming a numerical range. Review how the decorated front sits at the intended setting, including contact from the embroidery backing.
Confirm care for the actual camo construction
Obtain cleaning instructions covering cotton, buckle and embroidery together. Request relevant results if an activity requires measured airflow, water resistance or sun protection, since holes alone do not establish those performance levels.
