This six-panel cotton trucker-style sports cap combines dot-pattern styling and adult unisex buckle fit with custom embroidered, puff or embossed design options. Select an actual colour and S–XXXL size, then approve the chosen fabric, artwork and measured fit on a sample.
Match the dot artwork to the selected fabric
Choose Black, White, Yellow, Brown, Gray, Beige or Dark Grey with the intended logo colours. Confirm cotton allocation and the selected flannel, canvas, corduroy, denim or fleece construction before approving any dot or striped pattern.
Measure each selected size before the buckle trial
Obtain a measured chart for S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL rather than assuming identical dimensions. Trial the selected size on intended adult wearers and specify actual buckle metal composition, plating and surface finish.
- Approve the selected fabric shade and actual dot or striped layout.
- Record cotton component allocation and the chosen fabric construction.
- Inspect crown depth, front support and six-panel seam arrangement.
- Measure brim shape and dimensions before approving artwork scale.
- Confirm the selected size measurements and worn buckle fit.
- Agree decoration placement, backing and the finished inner surface.
Select the logo process on the actual cotton substrate
Assess machine, hand, affixed-cloth or sequin embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, raised-rubber, puff or heat-transfer decoration on the sample. Verify cotton substrate suitability before accepting sublimation and approve any animal, bow, camouflage, cartoon or character artwork.
Review placement and care for the finished sports cap
Confirm feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement with seam clearance. Obtain complete decorated care and required airflow or activity results before relying on a measured performance level.
