Confirm the required color and measured fit before approving this slightly curved-brim six-panel mesh baseball/trucker cap. Polyester/cotton material, terry fabric and adult unisex wear are stated for the custom sports-logo project.
Choose the actual color and rear-fit requirement
Fourteen Custom Size shades are Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige and Camel. Compare the chosen cap fabric with the intended artwork colors.
Use 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm or 58–60 cm as the separate reference needed for your project. Confirm supply in that shade and inspect rear construction and usable travel before assuming snap hardware or one adjustable span.
- State the selected Custom Size shade and required circumference together.
- Inspect the actual rear construction and usable adjustment.
- Review the slight brim curve with the six-panel crown.
- Approve terry/mesh placement and polyester/cotton composition.
- Set sports-logo dimensions and the included decoration method.
Approve artwork on the supplied slight-curve profile
Inspect the complete crown and brim beside the proposed logo. Agree artwork width, height and position relative to seams. Confirm where terry and mesh are used, then approve the selected treatment on that actual component arrangement and fabric shade.
Agree the finished cap’s sports and care conditions
Assess comfort for sports, travel or outdoor use with the selected artwork in place. Agree finished fabric and decoration care and which treatment is included. Request applicable waterproof, ventilation or decoration-durability evidence when those properties are required before approving the completed specification.
