Fit the logo to the six-panel crown
Set embroidery dimensions and position on the actual cap, checking the relationship with the panel seams and mesh. Agree the included treatment rather than assuming the full printing, embroidery or applique menu is supplied together.
Confirm the terry and mesh components
Inspect the supplied fabric arrangement and establish polyester/cotton blend percentages for the relevant parts. Review the selected cap shade with the proposed thread colors before approving the decorated sample.

Choose the Custom Size color and circumference
The fourteen actual colors are Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige and Camel. Each has Custom Size. Agree the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm band and confirm availability in that color. These separate bands do not define one adjustment range.

For fishing, sports or outdoor travel, review comfort in the intended activity and agree care. Request relevant ventilation, waterproof or embroidery-durability evidence where required, then finalize the actual fit, component construction and approved logo.
