Blank supply and a custom sports logo are alternative starting points for this curved-brim, six-panel mesh-back trucker design. Polyester/cotton material, terry fabric and adult unisex wear are stated, with fourteen actual Custom Size colors.
Choose blank supply or a specified sports treatment
Decide whether the cap will remain plain or carry selected artwork. For a decorated order, agree the method, width, height and position on the actual crown. Review seam clearance and the completed outline without treating the full decoration menu as an included package.
Resolve the requested age and measured band
A child-size project requires separate age-specific measurements and construction approval on a suitable sample. Distinguish that request from the stated adult specification. The reference bands are 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm and 58–60 cm; request the particular band needed.
- State whether blank or selected custom-logo supply is required.
- Separate child and adult measurements and sample approval.
- Confirm polyester/cotton composition and terry placement.
- Inspect the six-panel crown and actual mesh-back arrangement.
- Measure the supplied rear and any usable adjustment.
Compare the fourteen shades with the artwork
The actual Custom Size palette comprises Black, White, Army Green, Peacock Blue, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Sky Blue, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige and Camel. Review the selected shade beside the intended logo and confirm its required measured specification.
Evaluate the complete cap for the planned activity
Inspect rear construction before assuming a closure system or continuous adjustment range. Assess the decorated or blank sample for sports comfort, agree care and request relevant waterproof, ventilation or artwork-durability evidence where required for the intended use.
