Choose Black or Watermelon Red with the 58cm (22.83in) size option for this adult unisex six-panel corduroy-style dad/baseball design. Develop the custom front machine embroidery with the actual fabric construction and buckle-adjusted profile approved together.
Establish the measurement behind the 58cm option
Confirm what the nominal size measures, its method and tolerance before using it to select fit. Inspect the single-breasted buckle and strap and record actual adult circumference, usable adjustment span, retention and crown depth; the size option alone does not define that range.
- Approve bill curvature and width on the selected sample.
- Measure bill projection and inspect firmness and edge finish.
- Map where corduroy and canvas constructions occur.
- Identify actual fiber content for each cap component.
- Review rib/wale structure and direction with the intended artwork.
Review the front stitch proof on the actual surface
Confirm thickness, finish, backing, lining, band and front support before setting artwork dimensions and placement. Approve thread shades, stitch coverage and backing on the actual ribbed or other selected fabric, keeping the design clear of seams.
Agree included embroidery and the selected other or plain pattern against Black or Watermelon Red. Confirm any additional printing or plain supply separately and inspect the assembled six-panel silhouette with the artwork fitted.
Assess spring and summer outdoor use
Review actual fit and comfort in the intended conditions and obtain evidence for any required airflow, drying, waterproof or protective performance. Request cleaning, drying and storage instructions suited to confirmed fabric surfaces, fibers, embroidery and buckle while maintaining rib direction, approved artwork and crown/bill shape.
