Develop a mid-crown cotton five-panel mesh baseball cap with a selected 3D-embroidered design. This adult unisex cap offers plain-color and rope-detail combinations with an Adults size selection. Confirm the measurement basis and actual fit for the 58–60cm (22.83–23.62in) circumference.
Choose the shade and rope configuration together
Compare the actual plain-color or rope-detail sample with the artwork palette. Plain selections cover Dark Grey, pink, Black, light gray, Navy Blue, Sky Blue, wine red and Green. A white rope-detail design is also available. For the selected rope version, approve its fiber, diameter, shade, position and attachment.
Approve raised artwork on the mid-crown mesh construction
Confirm cotton content by component and inspect mesh fiber, openings and positions. Review fabric thickness, finish, front support, lining, band and any requested fusing or seam arrangement. Set 3D embroidery height, threads, dimensions, coverage, backing and exact front, rear, side or bill placement.
- Approve the selected shade and any rope detail as one configuration.
- Review affixed-cloth, flocking, hand or machine stitching only where selected.
- Check digital, flock, foil, glitter or embossed print compatibility before artwork approval.
- Choose the intended checked, dobby, animal, bows, camouflage, cartoon or character design.
- Specify any included applique, bow, button or chain with its attachment and wear contact.
- Request care guidance for cotton, mesh, selected rope, artwork and trims.
Check the actual closure and seasonal requirements
Inspect the rear mechanism and measure its usable range and retention on the intended adult wearer. Approve mid-crown depth and bill shape with the completed artwork attached. Assess comfort for beach, fishing, casual or outdoor activities and obtain applicable waterproof, airflow or other required performance evidence before relying on those properties.
