Decide how the raised and printed designs work together
Specify 3D embroidery height, threads, dimensions, coverage and backing before approving the character artwork. Select any flocking or machine stitching separately. For sublimation, digital, heat-transfer or screen printing, review a compatible substrate proof and agree whether the treatments are combined or alternatives.
Choose a shade that supports the character artwork
Compare Gray, Dark Grey, Black or Navy Blue for a restrained palette. Review Watermelon Red, red or Maroon as distinct red-tone samples, or select Purple, Lemon Yellow, Yellow, blue, Sky Blue or Fluorescent Green for another accent.
- Approve actual fabric and thread or print colors together.
- Confirm cotton content and the selected flannel, canvas, corduroy, denim or fleece construction.
- Inspect the six-panel seam layout, support, lining and band.
- Review any requested fusing with its actual seam arrangement.
- Set exact front, rear, side or bill placement and artwork clearance.
- Confirm the actual buckle material, finish and strap settings.
Fit the selected size with the actual buckle
Establish applicability of 58–60cm (22.83–23.62in) to the 58cm option, including measurement basis, method and tolerance. Check usable adjustment, retention, crown depth and bill shape on the intended adult wearer.
Review seasonal wear and artwork care
Assess comfort for beach, fishing, casual or outdoor activities. Obtain required performance evidence, including protective visibility if requested for a fluorescent shade, and care directions for cotton, raised stitches, printing and buckle.
