This five-panel foam mesh rope trucker cap offers an embossed-logo design and front machine-embroidery options. White and Gray are available with Custom Size or nominal 54cm(21.26in), requiring an actual adult unisex fit trial.

Define the foam support and mesh covering

Specify foam composition, thickness and support alongside the outer covering and actual mesh fibres. Check crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band before approving the decorated construction.

Set embossed relief beside the rope

Approve embossed-logo dimensions, substrate, relief and fixing on the completed cap. Specify rope material, diameter, route and end fixing, checking clearance from the artwork and panel joins.

Choose front stitches for the actual substrate

Trial front machine embroidery with the selected thread palette and backing. Confirm the intended combination with embossing, then inspect the interior finish where the artwork meets the foam-supported construction.
