This five-panel old-school corduroy baseball strapback offers custom 3D embroidery with adult unisex buckle fit. Black, Gray, Light Brown and Red are the available colour choices to approve with the proposed stripe pattern and artwork.

Specify the corduroy and selected pattern build

Confirm actual fibre composition and component allocation before approving the corduroy construction. Identify any flannel, terry, fleece or poplin section and select the intended checked or dobby detail with the proposed stripe layout.

Choose the required fit before buckle approval

Check crown support, crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band with the strapback assembly. Select the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm fit and measure it on the intended adult wearer.

• Specify buckle metal composition, plating and surface finish.
• Trial usable strap adjustment with the completed internal band.
• Approve the selected Black, Gray, Light Brown or Red fabric.
• Check how the proposed stripe arrangement meets the panel joins.
• Record the selected dimensions with the approved construction sample.

Trial raised artwork on the actual corduroy

Approve 3D, machine, hand or affixed-cloth embroidery with its backing and thread palette. Confirm silk-screen, heat-transfer, digital, flock, foil, glitter or embossed decoration separately on the selected substrate.

Set any animal, bow, camouflage, cartoon or character artwork and feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement. Inspect the finished interior beneath the selected decoration.

Review winter conditions and combined care

For winter or casual outdoor wear, obtain required thermal, weather or sun-protection evidence before assigning performance. Request complete fabric, strap, hardware and decoration care and review the proposed cleaning method on the approved sample.
