This five-panel polyester/cotton twill baseball cap combines a flat bill with custom 3D letter embroidery. Adult unisex sizing requires an actual rear-fastening and fit trial around the proposed 56–58 cm circumference before the finished design is approved.

Select the letter palette with the cap colour

Black and White can be reviewed with the raised letter artwork. Yellow, Watermelon Red, Navy Blue and Peacock Blue are further choices to approve against the intended thread palette.

Confirm any custom shade against a physical sample before incorporating it into the design. Set the letter font, dimensions and feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement on the selected cap.
