This polyester/cotton dad cap offers custom 3D or machine embroidery with adult unisex sizing. Select the colour, panel construction and actual rear fastening together before approving the embroidered shape and usable fit.
Coordinate a specific colour with the embroidery
White, Black, Gray and Dark Grey can be reviewed with the proposed thread palette. Navy Blue, Sky Blue, Peacock Blue, Purple and Watermelon Red provide additional colour choices for the artwork sample.
Confirm any selected Yellow, Fluorescent Yellow, Army Green, Green, Fluorescent Green, Brown, Champagne, Maroon, Camel or Beige against the completed design. Approve the actual shade and embroidery contrast together.
Set the selected panel and component build
Confirm five-, six- or seven-panel construction and the polyester/cotton ratio. Identify the fibres in each component, including any wool content, and inspect crown depth, brim dimensions, internal band and actual joined sections.
Check the rear fastening and adult range
The selected size option is 54-64cm(21.26-25.20in), with the actual usable range requiring a wearer trial. Specify the fastening type, composition and finish and check how the crown sits across the intended adjustment settings.
Approve raised artwork on the chosen substrate
Trial 3D or machine embroidery with the selected floral, animal, character or letter motif. Confirm any sublimation transfer, digital or embossed application separately on the actual fabric.
- Specify artwork dimensions before choosing front, side, rear or brim placement.
- Check embroidery backing and the finished interior against the wearer.
- Approve the complete colour, panel and fastening sample.
- Obtain full fabric, hardware and decoration care instructions.
- Request any required outdoor or sun-protection evidence for the intended use.
