This polyester/cotton dad-style baseball cap combines an unstructured shape and curved brim with custom embroidery or printing options. Approve the actual panel and fabric build, then measure the fitted One Size sample on the intended adult unisex wearer.
Choose a palette for the unstructured dad design
Black, Dark Grey, White and Gray can be reviewed with embroidery. Approve Navy Blue, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue, Light Purple, Purple or Pink against the proposed print palette.
Check Brown, Khaki, Beige, Army Green, Fluorescent Green, Yellow, Maroon, Watermelon Red, Orange or Red with any selected washed or distressed finish before approving the completed colour arrangement.
Specify panels and blended fabric components
Confirm five-, six- or multi-panel construction, polyester/cotton ratio and actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh sections. Select any dobby detail and inspect unstructured support, crown depth, curved-brim dimensions, internal band and actual joined sections.
Measure the fitted sample against required dimensions
Check the one-size sample against the required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm adult fit. Record actual circumference and comfort during movement before selecting the completed fitted cap.
Approve decoration with the selected finish
Trial machine or 3D embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer application on the actual substrate. Confirm artwork dimensions and feasible front, side, rear curved area or brim placement.
- Specify any button, lace or eyelet composition and attachment.
- Inspect artwork backing and the finished interior.
- Approve actual fused sections with the selected fabric build.
- Obtain complete fabric, finish and decoration care.
- Request required sports or sun-protection evidence for intended use.
