Begin this adult unisex custom-logo project with a selected colour and the actual One Size dad-cap sample. An unstructured crown and curved brim provide the shape direction, while polyester/cotton allocation and the chosen face construction need approval with the final artwork.
Keep the selected shade with its curved-brim construction sample
- Review Black, White, Dark Grey, Gray, Navy Blue and Brown shades.
- Compare Maroon, Watermelon Red, red, Orange, Yellow and pink.
- Check Light Purple, Purple, Khaki, Beige, Army Green and Fluorescent Green.
- Assess Peacock Blue and Sky Blue with the proposed logo colours.
- Record the chosen shade, panel build, fabric allocation and supplied artwork.
Choose twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh as the actual selected surface. Confirm a six-panel, five-panel or other intended panel layout and inspect crown support, internal band and brim curvature on the same sample.
