This six-panel polyester/cotton mesh trucker snapback combines a slightly curved brim with Custom Size selection for adult unisex sports, travel or outdoor use. Define the intended dimensions and actual component recipe before selecting artwork.
Keep the slight curve and six-panel shape in the artwork trial
Check the complete crown and brim together when approving the logo dimensions. Identify the polyester/cotton proportions and the actual terry component separately from each mesh section before choosing a decoration substrate.
Specify the custom adult snapback dimensions
Set a target circumference and measure the sample at the intended snap settings. Any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm fit needs an actual adult trial rather than an assumed universal adjustment span.
Choose one decoration process for the selected surface
Trial sublimation, digital, embossed, raised rubber, flock, puff or discharge printing on the actual material. Machine, hand, cloth, sequin, 3D, bead or flocking embroidery and silk-screen or heat-transfer applications need their own substrate and fixing approval.
