An unstructured crown and curved brim define this six-panel dad-cap design for adult unisex wear. Develop the cap around embroidery or printing, with the textile composition and selected fabric agreed before approving the cotton-based project.
Plan artwork around the relaxed crown
Review the artwork on the actual unstructured shape, checking how its position relates to seams and the curved brim. Select the included embroidery or print method, agree width and height, and approve the finished appearance on the chosen textile. A broad fabric or treatment menu does not mean every option is supplied together.
- Inspect the relaxed six-panel profile with the curved brim.
- Choose embroidery or printing for the selected fabric.
- Agree artwork dimensions and its location beside crown seams.
- Check the fitted rear on a sample in the required shade.
- Confirm measured fit and care for the finished decoration.
Pair the required fit with one of twenty colors
Each actual shade has One Size: Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Maroon, Brown, Light Purple, Khaki, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green, Gray, Fluorescent Green, Beige, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue, pink, Orange and red.
Select the required circumference from the dad-cap references: 48–50 cm, 50–52 cm, 52–54 cm, 54–56 cm, 56–58 cm and 58–60 cm. Request the band needed for the chosen color and inspect the fitted rear. These references do not establish one adjustable range or separate numerical variant choices.
Approve the textile and finished construction
Confirm the actual component fibers and one supplied textile, then assess the decorated sample for the intended sporting or casual use. Agree fabric and artwork care, and obtain production documentation if seamless fusing forms part of the required specification.
