Compare White, Black, Sky Blue and Watermelon Red for an adult unisex five-panel running/trucker cap with a custom woven patch and front logo. Confirm the actual cotton composition, any sponge components and selected construction before approving artwork and measured running fit.
Identify the layers and rear construction
Locate any sponge material, thickness, backing and attachment and establish cotton composition by component. Map front and rear panels and any mesh only if fitted, then select the actual canvas, velour, corduroy or velvet surface.
Specify weave, pile or ribs, finish, lining, band and front support on that selected sample. Use the confirmed layered construction when reviewing the patch attachment and front decoration.
Develop the woven patch and included logo
Define patch yarns, weave, dimensions, thickness, edge finish and artwork legibility. Approve exact placement and attachment on the assembled cap, then choose compatible front machine or 3D embroidery or digital printing.
- Review the selected cap shade with patch and logo colors.
- Set artwork dimensions and exact front-panel position.
- Confirm threads, stitching, relief and backing on the selected layered running-cap front.
- Specify actual ink, print coverage and finish for digital printing.
- Agree which patch and front artwork are included.
- Confirm supplied pattern, decorated combination or plain configuration.
Check adult retention during running movement
Identify the rear adjustment mechanism and measure circumference, usable span, retention and crown depth with the intended wearer. Establish bill width, projection, curvature, edge detail and firmness and assess fit during planned running or sports movement.
Obtain evidence for required airflow, drying or protective performance in the actual conditions. Request cleaning, drying and storage guidance for the confirmed layers, patch yarns, any mesh and selected artwork.
