Plan a fitted One Size dad cap with a polyester/cotton unstructured crown, curved brim and custom embroidery or printing. Establish the selected fabric and finished adult measurements before deciding the complete artwork specification.
Assess the soft crown with its curved brim
Set the unstructured crown depth and measure the actual curved-brim dimensions. Choose five, six or multiple panels and check where the selected seams fall relative to the intended logo.
Approve the fabric recipe before finishing
Confirm polyester/cotton proportions and any twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet, mesh or dobby sections. Review the chosen washed or distressed treatment on the actual cap before the final fit trial.
Compare blues against the selected artwork
Navy Blue, Peacock Blue and Sky Blue should be checked on the intended fabric with the planned threads or print. Approve Black, Dark Grey, White, Yellow, Maroon, Brown, Light Purple, Khaki, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green, Gray, Fluorescent Green, Beige, Pink, Orange or Red on the final finish.
Trial the finished fitted sample
Measure One Size for the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference. Inspect the internal band and actual fused or joined sections during the completed sample trial.
- Trial machine or 3D embroidery on the chosen substrate.
- Approve selected sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork separately.
- Confirm feasible front, side, rear curved area or visor placement.
- Specify any button, lace or eyelet materials and attachment.
- Request complete component and decoration care.
Set evidence requirements for the intended activity
Match the actual fitted sample to the adult sports or activity brief. Obtain evidence for any required sun-protection or performance conditions before relying on those properties.
