Compare three colours with the rope and front threads

Review the chosen Black, White or Gray fabric alongside the intended embroidery colours. Confirm polyester/cotton proportions, component allocation and actual fabric construction before selecting the backing for the decorated front.

Position artwork between rope and perforations

Specify rope composition, thickness, fixing and location on the cap. Agree front machine embroidery dimensions and placement with clearance from the rope, laser-cut openings and five-panel seam junctions. Check rope fixing points from the inside of the crown.
