Use the blue and green palette to assess the logo
Compare Peacock Blue, Sky Blue or Army Green against the chosen artwork. Black, White, Purple, Watermelon Red, Wine, Green, Orange, Gray, Pink, Beige or Camel also need approval on the selected substrate.
Choose the process for the actual textile surface
Trial sublimation, digital, embossed, raised rubber, flock, puff or discharge print. Machine, hand, cloth, sequin, 3D, bead or flocking embroidery and silk-screen or heat-transfer applications need a selected method, position and fixing.
Check the mesh construction around the six-panel crown
Confirm polyester/cotton proportions and identify the actual terry and mesh component allocation. Inspect the complete crown and slight brim curve before approving the artwork dimensions.
- Measure crown depth and brim dimensions on the selected build.
- Check the internal band during the adult sample trial.
- Approve feasible front, side, rear or visor artwork placement.
- Specify any eyelets and contrast-colour sections.
- Review applique material and attachment on the decorated sample.
Measure snap settings before the activity brief is approved
Set the required adult 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference and trial the actual Custom Size cap. Obtain complete care for its fabrics and decoration. Require actual water-resistance or airflow test conditions before relying on those properties during the intended sports, travel or outdoor activity. Record the tested construction with its selected artwork.
