This unstructured five-panel polyester/cotton baseball cap supports custom embroidered or printed letter artwork for adult unisex wear. Select Black, Gray, White, Beige or Brown, then approve actual fabric construction, customized measurements and metal-buckle fit on the decorated sample.

Set the letter artwork on the selected soft crown

Compare the chosen cap colour with intended thread or print shades before agreeing the logo. Confirm polyester/cotton proportions, component allocation and selected herringbone, canvas, denim or corduroy construction so the artwork is assessed on the actual fabric.

Trial the front embroidery or printing route

Assess machine, 3D or flocking embroidery, sublimation transfer, digital, embossed, puff, silk-screen or heat-transfer decoration through the selected substrate and sample. Verify sublimation suitability before approval and agree front logo dimensions, placement and backing clear of five-panel seams.

Inspect the finished unstructured front while worn
