This five-panel polyester baseball dad cap pairs laser-cut holes with adjustable adult unisex fit for a golf or sports-logo design. Choose Black or White at nominal 58cm(22.83in), then develop front machine embroidery with the actual fabric and single-breasted buckle confirmed.
Confirm the polyester recipe before the golf-cap trial
Obtain the actual composition, including any spandex content, proportion and component allocation. If stretch is important to the project, request measurements for the proposed construction rather than assuming how the finished cap will behave.
- Select Black or White with the intended embroidery thread colours.
- Identify actual fibre composition and the material used in each component.
- Map laser-cut holes and five-panel seams around the front logo.
- Approve embroidery scale, stitch detail, placement and inner backing.
- Specify buckle composition, plating and surface finish directly.
- Trial nominal 58cm(22.83in) and record usable adult adjustment.
Inspect the front shape around the laser holes
Check front support, crown depth and brim shape on the proposed sample. Measure the brim dimensions and inspect the internal band and button arrangement before judging the decorated front while worn.
Agree the care and required activity evidence
Obtain instructions covering the actual fabric, fastening and machine embroidery together. If the golf or sports project requires waterproofing, measured airflow or sun protection, request relevant tests before relying on those capabilities.
Review the complete exterior and inner front finish at the intended adjustment setting. Include the embroidery backing, seam clearance and hole positions in sample approval so the accepted design covers the finished cap rather than artwork alone.
