Check a brighter color direction
Review Yellow, Blue, Sky Blue or Pink against the chosen graphic on a physical cap. Confirm both the fabric shade and the decoration palette before judging the finished collection appearance.
Set the crown and hole map
Select the actual five-, six- or seven-panel form and locate its joins and fused areas. Agree hole geometry, spacing, positions and cut-edge finish, leaving clearance around the intended artwork and trim.
- Verify polyester content across the chosen fabric and other components.
- Inspect twill weave, thickness and finish with the crown support.
- Review lining and band contact around the perforated areas.
- Measure crown depth alongside bill projection, width and curvature.

Proof the selected logo method
