Develop a structured vintage-style polyester/cotton baseball sports cap around a custom 3D logo. The adult unisex fitted One Size choice needs an actual fit trial, with selected panel construction and front support agreed before artwork approval.
Build the vintage look around the raised logo
Trial 3D or machine embroidery on the actual selected substrate and approve its dimensions. Choose five, six, seven or multiple panels so the intended logo can be assessed against the real front structure.
Champagne, Camel, Brown and Light Brown can be reviewed with the vintage-style design. Compare Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Maroon, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green, Gray, Fluorescent Green, Beige, Peacock Blue or Sky Blue on the chosen finish.
Specify the blend and selected finishing details
Confirm polyester/cotton proportions and identify actual twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh components. Approve any dobby detail and washed or distressed treatment before measuring the completed cap.
- Check crown depth, brim dimensions and the internal band.
- Inspect actual fused or joined areas with the front support.
- Confirm usable front, side, rear curved area or visor artwork.

Trial adult fitted dimensions with complete care
Measure One Size against the intended adult 56–58 or 58–60 cm circumference. Obtain care covering all selected fabric, finishing and decoration components. Require evidence for any necessary sports or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties, and retain the approved decorated sample as the reference for the full build.
