This adult unisex dad cap brings an unstructured crown and curved brim to a custom embroidered or printed-logo project. Twenty colours are paired with the actual One Size option. Approve the selected polyester/cotton construction and measured fitted shape before finalizing artwork.
Choose the dad-cap surface before arranging the decoration
Specify polyester/cotton allocation and select twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet or mesh only as the intended face construction. Agree a six-panel or alternative panel build, then inspect the soft crown support, curved-brim dimensions and internal band with the proposed logo backing.
- Compare Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Maroon and Brown.
- Review Light Purple, Khaki, Watermelon Red, Purple, Army Green and Gray.
- Check Fluorescent Green, Beige, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue, pink, Orange and red.
- Keep the chosen shade with its measured One Size fitted sample.
- Approve artwork method, location, backing, supplied scope and decorated care.
Measure the fitted construction for the requested wearer band
Establish the actual rear construction and finished circumference. Trial any required 48–50, 50–52, 52–54, 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm band directly on the sample. The selected One Size label should not replace measurement or become six separate size choices.
Agree the washed finish and logo as one approved sample
Check any chosen washed or distressed finish before accepting colours. Machine or 3D embroidery, sublimation, digital, embossed, screen or heat-transfer printing needs compatibility approval for the selected surface and placement. Confirm front, side, rear or brim clearance, button, lace or eyelet details, any fused component and complete care. Request appropriate evidence for defined sports or outdoor-use requirements.
