This unstructured polyester/cotton dad cap combines a curved brim with custom embroidery or printing selection. Build the adult fitted One Size sample around the chosen fabric, finish and artwork before assessing its actual dimensions.
Review purples and reds on the chosen dad-cap fabric
Light Purple, Purple and Pink should be compared with the intended artwork, while Red, Maroon and Watermelon Red require their own shade approval. Black, Dark Grey, White, Navy Blue, Yellow, Brown, Khaki, Army Green, Gray, Fluorescent Green, Beige, Peacock Blue, Sky Blue and Orange are also actual colour choices for the finished palette.
Confirm polyester/cotton proportions and any twill, canvas, suede-style, denim, velvet, mesh or dobby sections. Choose five, six or multiple panels rather than fixing the artwork to an unapproved seam layout.
Approve the unstructured curve and finished fitted size
Measure the crown, curved brim and internal band on the actual cap. Any selected washed or distressed treatment should be included before the final adult fit trial.
- Set the required 48–50, 50–52 or 52–54 cm circumference where intended.
- Trial any required 54–56, 56–58 or 58–60 cm fit directly.
- Inspect actual fused or joined sections on the finished sample.
- Specify button, lace and eyelet materials and fixing where chosen.
- Request care for the complete selected fabric and decoration.
Trial the logo method at its feasible location
Sample machine or 3D embroidery on the selected substrate. Any sublimation, digital, embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer artwork also needs approval at the intended front, side, rear curved area or visor location. Require evidence for any necessary sports or sun-protection conditions before relying on those properties.
