Position embroidery on the flat bill
Set machine or 3D logo dimensions, thread colors, relief, stitch coverage and backing for the actual brim layers. Inspect placement against the bill edges and any nearby openings, then confirm compatible attachment and the included logo or plain configuration.
Inspect openings and polyester components
Approve laser-hole positions, sizes and edge finish on the complete Black cap. Identify the chosen canvas, corduroy or velvet construction and request polyester percentages by component, weave or pile, thickness, finish, any coating or laminate, lining, band and backing.
