Use a Black adult unisex cotton five-panel dad/trucker cap for a custom front machine-embroidered design. Approve the actual canvas/mesh construction with the selected crown and bill shape, then check artwork and measured adjustment fit on that same cap.
Choose the dad/trucker silhouette through construction
Inspect crown support and depth alongside the desired bill curvature, projection, width, firmness and edge finish. Map canvas and mesh positions before deciding how the complete five-panel shape should look and fit.
Identify cotton content for each component and establish mesh fiber, aperture, fabric weave, thickness, backing and finish. Include the lining and sweatband in the construction review rather than treating the outer fabric as the complete material specification.
Approve front embroidery at the actual boundaries
