Review openings around the front artwork
Locate the laser holes relative to the front seams and proposed logo. Check opening sizes and edge finish on the complete cap so the embroidery position, backing and stitch coverage can be assessed on the actual construction.
- Approve Black fabric with the intended embroidery thread shades.
- Set front logo dimensions and any raised 3D relief.
- Identify the chosen canvas, corduroy or velvet surface.
