A White adult unisex polyester five-panel cap provides the starting point for this rope golf/baseball design with custom front embroidered-patch scope. Approve the rope and patch together on the actual crown rather than choosing either component in isolation.
Balance the rope and front patch
Define rope material, shade, thickness, location and attachment against the White fabric. For the patch, set the base material, dimensions, thread colors, edge and backing, then approve its position and attachment on the front panel.
- Confirm White with the chosen rope and embroidery shades.
- Select the actual canvas, corduroy, velvet or mesh construction.
- Check polyester composition and any lining, band or backing.
- Approve machine or 3D work for the selected patch and fabric.
- Verify buckle material, silver-tone finish and strap attachment.
- Agree included patch work, any button or pattern, or plain supply.
Specify the supporting fabric
