Place the rubber patch on the seven-panel front
Set rubber composition, dimensions, colors, relief, edges and backing with the attachment method. Inspect front-panel placement against actual seams and support, then confirm whether the agreed patch is included.
Inspect holes and the chosen polyester fabric
Approve laser-hole locations, sizes and edge finish on the complete Black cap. Select the actual canvas, corduroy or velvet surface and request component composition, weave or pile, thickness, finish, any coating or laminate, lining, band and front backing.
- Match Black fabric with the intended patch and any thread colors.
