Approve the curve with the crown
Measure brim projection, width, curvature and firmness alongside crown depth. Review how the shape and band sit on the wearer during the planned sports or travel movement, with the chosen decoration in place.

Assign the Custom Size measurement

Trial the finished configuration in the intended season and obtain airflow and water-resistance methods, results, limits and component coverage. Review any coating, seam or artwork effects, then agree required drying evidence and care for pile, mesh, decoration and snaps.
