Develop skull-logo artwork and a woven patch on a Black, Gray or Navy Blue six-panel cotton trucker cap. The adjustable adult unisex design needs approval of actual patch construction, front process, panel materials and measured fit on the decorated sample.
Draw the skull-logo layout for Black, Gray or Navy Blue
Confirm the actual skull artwork and its colours against the selected cap shade. Specify woven-patch base material, dimensions, edges, backing and attachment, then approve placement around the six-panel seams.
Choose a front process for the skull and woven patch
Agree feasible machine or 3D embroidery or digital printing, including coverage and backing. Clarify the exact ready-made apparel direct-injection heat-transfer printing process and suitability before selecting it, checking any combination with the patch on the actual surface.
- Choose Black, Gray or Navy Blue with skull artwork.
- Approve the skull design and woven-patch dimensions.
- Confirm patch base, edges, backing and attachment.
- Establish the actual front process and compatibility.
- Inspect rear fastening and measure adult adjustment.
- Obtain complete cotton, patch and decoration care.
Inspect cotton panels beneath the skull-logo arrangement
The fabric material is 100% cotton; establish the actual canvas, velour, corduroy or velvet construction. Confirm front and rear panel materials, crown support, brim shape and dimensions and internal band, inspecting the decorated exterior and inner finish together.
Trial the finished skull-patch trucker and record care
Inspect actual rear fastening material and construction and measure usable adjustment on the intended adult wearer. Obtain fabric, patch, fastening, print and embroidery care and any evidence needed for the intended sports or outdoor activity before approving the complete sample.
