Develop a mid-crown cotton five-panel mesh baseball cap with a selected 3D-embroidered design. This adult unisex cap offers plain-color and rope-detail combinations with an Adults size selection. Confirm the measurement basis and actual fit for the 58–60cm (22.83–23.62in) circumference.
Choose the shade and rope configuration together
Compare the actual plain-color or rope-detail sample with the artwork palette. Plain selections cover Dark Grey, pink, Black, light gray, Navy Blue, Sky Blue, wine red and Green. Check the actual closure and seasonal requirements
Inspect the rear mechanism and measure its usable range and retention on the intended adult wearer. Approve mid-crown depth and bill shape with the completed artwork attached. Assess comfort for beach, fishing, casual or outdoor activities and obtain applicable waterproof, airflow or other required performance evidence before relying on those properties.
