Develop the front logo and selected pattern
Set embroidery dimensions, thread shades, relief, stitch coverage, backing and front-panel position on the actual seams and support. Specify any requested animal, character, color-blocking, fruit or other design with its colors and location, or choose plain supply.
Confirm the supplied machine or 3D artwork and any fitted button on the approved Black or Gray cap. Review the selected pattern with the logo visible so the full front design can be assessed together.
Inspect fabric construction around the holes
Select the actual canvas, velour, corduroy or velvet surface and request polyester percentages by component. Identify weave or pile, thickness, finish, any coating or laminate, lining, band, front backing and support.
- Match Black or Gray with the intended thread and pattern colors.
- Record laser-hole positions and dimensions near the proposed logo.
- Approve opening edges on the actual selected fabric.
- Identify the supplied buckle and strap mechanism before fit measurement.

Measure the bill and verify required waterproofing
Measure bill width and projection and approve actual curvature and firmness during the adult fit trial. Obtain applicable waterproof methods, conditions and results if required, identifying actual holes, seams, finish, selected pattern and embroidery.
Agree cleaning, drying and fabric/thread/pattern color and pile care for the confirmed components. Store the cap with the selected bill, crown and front artwork supported.
