Check openings beside the front logo
Record laser-hole positions, dimensions and edge finish relative to the front seams and planned embroidery. Approve the logo location, size, thread colors, relief, stitch coverage and backing on the actual five-panel construction.
- Select the actual canvas, corduroy or velvet surface for the Black cap.
- Confirm polyester percentages and fabric placement by component.
