Position the rope beside the artwork
Define rope material, shade, thickness, placement and attachment on an assembled sample. Check the laser-cut hole locations, dimensions and edge finish, then leave the agreed clearance for the selected front design.
- Choose machine or 3D embroidery for the actual surface.
- Set thread shades and artwork dimensions against Black.
- Approve stitch coverage, relief and any backing.

Require evidence for waterproofing
Request applicable methods, exposure conditions and results for the assembled openings, seams, rope, finish and chosen embroidery if waterproofing is required. Obtain cleaning and drying guidance for those actual components and agree storage that maintains the approved crown and bill shape.
